Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for unopened products and verified quality issues.
Eligibility
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
Quality Guarantee
Every product is checked before dispatch. If a quality issue is identified, we will replace or refund in full.
Process
Contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return. Approved returns receive a prepaid label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
